1. Definitions
For the purposes of this policy:
- Store: The entity providing the product or service.
- Customer: The individual making the purchase.
- Product: Any physical item purchased.
- Service: Any service or digital product provided to the customer.
2. Return Requests
Customers are entitled to submit a return request within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase completion in the following cases:
- Failure to receive the product or service.
- Presence of a defect or fault in the product.
- Receipt of a product that does not match the advertised description.
3. Return Conditions
All return requests are subject to the following conditions:
- The request must be submitted within the specified period.
- Proof of the issue may be required (e.g., photos or supporting documents).
- The product must be in its original condition (for physical items) and unused.
- The Store reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject any return request after verifying compliance with these conditions.
4. Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation under the following conditions:
- Before shipment or service initiation: A full refund will be issued.
- After shipment or service initiation: Cancellation will be subject to the terms outlined in this policy.
5. Non-Refundable Items and Services
Return or refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
- After the expiration of the 7-day period.
- If the product has been used or the service has been fully utilized.
- Digital products or services once accessed or initiated.
- Violation of the product or service terms of use.
6. Refund Method
If the return request is approved:
- The refund will be processed using the same payment method used during the purchase via Thawani.
- Changing the refund method is not permitted.
7. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds may take 5 to 14 business days to process.
- The timeline depends on the issuing bank or payment provider.
- The Store is not responsible for delays caused by banks or the payment gateway.
8. Fees and Deductions
- The Store reserves the right to deduct administrative or processing fees (if applicable) from the refunded amount.
- If the return is not due to an error by the Store, the customer may bear return shipping costs (for physical products).
9. Shipping Returns (Physical Products)
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by the Store.
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.
10. Limitation of Liability
- The Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product or service.
- Liability is limited strictly to the value of the purchased product or service.
11. Policy Amendments
The Store reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Updates will be published on this page, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of such amendments.
12. Governing Law
This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the courts of Oman shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from it.
